The Tuesday Dharma Gathering provides an introduction to Insight Meditation, as well as an opportunity to meditate in a supportive environment. These teacher-led gatherings are a chance to meet teachers, hear a dharma talk, and participate in a dialogue about how to apply the principles of Buddhist meditation to our daily lives.

Healing our collective, ancestral and individual trauma (unresolved suffering) supports not only our personal wellbeing but also makes possible the transformation we so need to respond to the ecological and social crises we face in this century.
