Ayya Anandabodhi co-established Aloka Vihara Forest Monastery (alokavihara.org), where women are welcome to train as nuns in the Theravada tradition and lay visitors can practice.  Ayya’s teachings are guided through nature’s pure and immeditate Dhamma in the context of early Buddhist scriptures. Before taking full Bhikkhuni Ordination in 2011, Ayya lived and trained as a nun at Amaravati and Chithurst monasteries in England.
