Erin O’Connor has been a dharma student for over a decade and part of the NYIMC community since 2014. She has served in volunteer capacities and joined the board in 2020. Her background prior to joining the board was in human resource leadership in nonprofit health care systems and then as a business owner, retiring in 2019. She brings her legal, business and HR background to NYIMC, grounded by her practice.
