In-Person: Mindfulness and Mindful Writing

with Tracy Cochran

Saturday, June 8th, 2024 | 1:00pm – 4:00pm ET

In-Person Location: New York Insight at 115 West 29th Street, 12th floor

This workshop will combine mindfulness meditation with mindful writing prompts to awaken sense memories and images. Inspired by ancient Buddhist teachings and other inspiring poems, quotes, and stories, we will practice remembering our own stories of wisdom and compassion. We will share our writing–or not–in a relaxed, nonjudgmental atmosphere.
