Now Online: A Happiness That Doesn’t Die

The Buddha’s happiness is sometimes known as “true happiness” because it’s a happiness that’s true, reliable, and always there. It’s a happiness that doesn’t die. Although it may seem like a far off goal, in fact it’s a happiness that all of us can know. It’s not as far off as we might think.

In this three-hour online class, we’ll learn about this quality of true happiness, what it is, and how we can come to know it. The class will include meditation, instruction, and discussion. All are welcome to attend.
