Online: Developing (Not Destroying) the Spiritual Faculties

with Venerable Santi

Tuesday, December 1st, 2020 | 7:00pm – 9:00pm ET

Venerable Santi will explore the spiritual faculties that can propel us all the way to deep and lasting awakening, and explain how these qualities can be carefully seeded, watered, and cultivated for the benefit of ourselves and all living beings.

This evening is co-presented by Buddhist Insights.

All are invited to Empty Cloud Monastery to practice safely outdoors during public events, and to follow online during the almost-daily meditations, talks, and sutta study. Venerable Santi

Venerable Santi is a Buddhist monk, born and raised in central Connecticut. In his early years, he was drawn to the spiritual side of life, but in 2014, a retreat at the Insight Meditation Society brought the teachings of the Buddha to the center of his agenda. Intensive subsequent study and practice of the Dhamma led him to recognize the profound value of renunciation and the monastic form for himself, others, society, and indeed, all beings.
