This program is being postponed for a future date. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

In this half-day online retreat, we will practice both silent meditation and robust creative self-expression. Contemplative practices and expressive practices enhance one another; in concert they quiet the mind, calm the heart, give rise to insight and happiness, and release our wildness.

During this “Corona Time” and civil turmoil, our ability to find joy, reduce stress, and enhance our capacity for spontaneity and adaptability is more important than ever for our own benefit and for the benefit of all.

The workshop will include periods of stillness, movement, and easy improv games which together form a fully embodied spiritual practice. These practices are designed to raise your spirits, inspire personal insight, create community, expand awareness, enhance self-confidence and develop presence and craft in your personal and professional lives. Open to all, including creatives, performers, leaders, or yogis interested in integrating contemplative and creative practices in their daily lives.
