Online: Don’t Panic! Not Losing It in the Face of the Unknown

with Rev. Tenku Ruff

Saturday, November 5th, 2022 | 10:00am – 1:00pm ET

Anxiety is expensive fuel. We invite you to put down your phone and stop looking at the news. You most likely know how you’re going to vote by now. Why not focus instead on coming together for a few hours in the spirit of kindness, mutual understanding, and compassion?

Please join us on this pre-election day of practice. Tenku Ruff Osho will draw upon her many years of Soto Zen monastic practice to skillfully lead us straight through whatever emotions, or lack thereof, we are feeling. We will practice silent meditation together, hear a Dharma talk, engage in experiential body practices, and have time for Q&A.

Join this oasis of calm for a few hours—and then expect it to spread to the people you meet afterwards.
