In-Person and Online: Embrace Winter Qi with Astrology, Feng Shui, Tibetan Medicine & Mindfulness

with Tashi Chödrön, Anjie Cho, and Dr. Dawa Ridak

Saturday, November 29th, 2025 | 3:00pm – 4:30pm ET

In-Person Location: New York Insight at 115 West 29th Street, 12th Floor

Join us for a special program featuring an awakening wisdom experience with feng shui expert Anjie Cho, world-renowned Tibetan doctor Dawa Ridak, and mindfulness life coach Tashi Chödrön.

The common principles in astrology and feng shui are time and placement. Astrology is the art and science of integrating our past, present, and future, while feng shui deals with our relationship to qi (life force energy.) Learn about the qualities of yin qi and the water element for this time of year, as well as practical ways to invite them into your life and home. Knowing symbols and timing creates positive energy and purity, which then brings us favorable outcomes and well-being.

In this talk, participants will learn about their fundamental body types, called the Three Humors in Tibetan medical and astrological studies. Participants will learn how to embrace the winter with proper spacing and diet.
