Are you curious about Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction? Want to learn more about it? In this free MBSR orientation session, we will explore the history of the program, research about its many benefits, the logistics of the class, and the commitment required to engage. Of course there will be opportunity to taste some of the mindfulness practices embedded in the course and to share with each other about your experience. This program was originally designed for people who were new to meditation, but many experienced meditators have found MBSR to be a way to learn how to incorporate mindfulness into every aspect of our daily lives.

Together, we’ll assess whether this journey is the right fit for you at this moment in your life.

The MBSR Orientation is an invitation to the first step to a journey that can change how you perceive yourself, others, and the world around you.
