Mindful Healing: Working with Pain & Difficulty as an Opportunity to Awaken
with Dr Paul Epstein, ND
Saturday, February 16th, 2019 from 10:00am-4:00pm

Our difficulties require our most compassionate attention and inquiry. We will explore in depth our pain and difficult challenges and learn to open and to relate to them with unconditional presence, in a way that is mindful, wise, compassionate and healing.

Whether of body, mind or heart, our pains and difficulties will become the center of our meditation practice and be a guide and a teacher in our journey of healing and awakening. We will cultivate qualities of being and healing among them beginner’s mind, patience, trust, non-striving, acceptance, and compassion.

“Serenity is not freedom from the storm, it is peace amidst the storm”
