Deepen, Soften, Open, Ease… How to Meet What Comes Up in Practice, in Life

with Amy Gross

Four Weeks on Wednesdays, February 13th- March 6th, 2019 | 6:30pm – 8:00pm

A four-week workshop for graduates of MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and those who have some meditation experience. The focus is on how to handle the challenges and discoveries that arise as we practice. Our aim is to transform meditating from a task into a joyful experience, a relief, a homecoming. Consider these sessions a way to catch a wave of support in bringing mindfulness into your days, to get re-inspired and sit with like-minded people. Come and discover your own path to peace.

The registration fee includes teacher support. If you wish to give more in addition to the registration fee, the total (registration fees and additional contributions) will be shared between NYI and the teacher(s).
