Online: Introduction to the Four Noble Truths

with Amy Selzer and Nancy Glimm

Saturdays, April 6th - 27th, 2024 from 10:00am - 1:00pm ET

What we often forget is that we have a choice to deepen our experiences of joy, and lessen our experiences of dukkha (suffering, unsatisfactoriness, or stress). In this four-week class we will look at the truth of our experiences, and practice how these truths can move us toward more skillful choices and contentment.

In-Person and Online: Liberation through Relationship – The Four Wise Efforts

with Leslie Booker and Kate Johnson

Thursdays, May 2nd - 23rd, 2024 from 7:00pm - 8:30pm ET

In the Four Wise Efforts, the Buddha offers us a path of skillful action that leads to a liberated mind. Join us in this four week course, as dharma teachers and longtime friends Leslie Booker and Kate Johnson apply the Four Wise Efforts to the practice of wise relationships. Together, we will develop an embodied, relational understanding of this time-honored Buddhist teaching, and learn how to better protect our energy, let go of what does not serve, cultivate the good, and sustain our liberated relationships over the long term.
