In Insight meditation, the breath is often the primary anchor—but it can sometimes be difficult to settle the mind or sustain attention with breath alone. In this restorative evening workshop, mindfulness teacher and sound healer Lisa Cooper will use crystal singing bowls to create sustained vibrations that can be felt as well as heard, supporting a direct, embodied experience of meditation.
