What stops us from seeing things as they really are? It's not their remoteness or obscurity — it is the fact that we have unconsciously erected mental filters that prevent us from seeing what’s right in front of our noses. In this half-day workshop we’ll learn to find ways to take off those mental filters, even if just temporarily.

Tuesday, February 27th, 2024 from 6:00pm-7:30pm ET

We are living in a world torn by conflict, from wars around the world to hate crimes and political division here at home. What are the practices that help us find balance so that we are better able to be present for our loved ones and our communities? How do we make room for difficult emotions (despair, fear, powerful concern, anger) so that they inspire and do not devour us?
