In-Person and Online: Transforming Confusion Into Wisdom – Buddhist Tantra & The 5 Wisdom Energies

with David Nichtern

Sunday, June 1st, 2025 from 10:00am - 5:00pm ET

At the heart of tantric practice are the teachings known as the Five Wisdom Energies, which embody the enlightened qualities that arise when we skillfully navigate and integrate our emotional experiences. These teachings describe how our emotional and psychological patterns—when met with awareness—can reveal deep, awakened qualities of the mind. Each energy has both positive and counter-productive qualities, and seeing and understanding them helps us recognize that our messy, emotional lives are not obstacles to awakening—they're actually part of the path.
