Online: Creating A Life of Integrity – A Ten-Month Course on the Paramis, Our Path to Joy

with Gail Stark

Thursdays, September 24th, 2020 – June 24th, 2021 | 7:00pm – 8:30pm ET

When we don’t speak or act from our own sense of integrity, we feel lousy.

Join us for a special year-long course exploring how you can live with more integrity–and subsequently more joy–as you follow lively teachings and conversations between Joseph Goldstein, one of America’s most esteemed meditation teachers, and author Gail Stark, his student and friend of twenty-five years.

At monthly online meetings led by Gail, you will receive new instructions for working in your daily life with one of the Buddha’s 10 paramis, the components of integrity. At the end of each month we will meet again to share experiences with one another, ask questions and receive guidance for the next month’s parami.

This is an off-the-cushion exploration and adventure. It will be a rich and powerful experience that will continue to blossom for years to come. And as we strengthen and weave these qualities into our daily lives they become our trusted first response in a world that needs our integrity now.

Order Gail’s book, “Creating a Life of Integrity” here.

This course will meet on:
Sept 24th, Oct 22nd, Nov 19th, Dec 17th, 2020
Jan 28th, Feb 25th, March 25th, April 22nd, May 27th, June 24th, 2021

On September 24th, 2020 and on June 24th, 2021 we will meet from 7:00pm – 9:00pm ET
All other months we will meet at 7:00pm – 8:30pm ET
