Online: Concentration in Daily Life
with Tuere Sala
Thursday, February 9th, 2023 | 7:00pm – 9:00pm ET
Concentration is often reserved for silent retreat practice. We think of it as something that requires a lot of work over a dedicated period of time. But right concentration is a factor on the Eightfold path, which means it is an ordinary part of liberation. Concentration is as simple as lifting a piece of paper. You need the same focused attention and effort as with the aiming and sustaining we practice on retreat.
This discussion is about learning to cultivate concentration as part of the Eightfold path by incorporating it into our daily lives.
