Online: The Dharma of Caring – A Hidden Treasure in the Midst of All

In caring about ourselves and others, the Buddhist teachings guide us into finding a hidden treasure that inclines the heart/mind into wholesome relational actions of body, speech and mind.
This evening we will practice with these teachings that, regardless of life circumstances, lead to wellbeing, intimacy and insight.

Bruni Dávila has practiced Insight and Zen meditation since 1995. She/they is a graduate from the 2017-2021 IMS Teacher Training Program, and has been guided and supported by various wonderful teachers/sanghas, and her ancestors of Puerto Rican heritage.Their practice is grounded in the teachings of Mahasi Sayadaw and Sayadaw U Tejaniya. bruni is drawn to/and inspired by long retreat practice and Dharma in daily life, and has deep confidence that the fruits of peace, contentment and ease can be cultivated and experienced in our lives through the Buddhist teachings.
