Online: A Body of Kindness

with Jill Satterfield

Saturday, April 8th, 2023 | 1:00pm – 4:00pm ET

Loving-kindness can be generated from the mind and heart but can also be invited and sustained in the body, where we sense, feel, and come to know our emotions.

Love, kindness, generosity, and joy are called forth and held in spaciousness and softness. As we cultivate these qualities in our body, like all things, what we repeat, we become.

During this day together, we’ll practice mindfulness, meditation, visualization, breathing, and several restorative yoga postures (lying down) to invite, feel and experience very practical ways to make somatic room for the heart to expand and find comfort in.
