Now Online: Already Home – Resting in Peace, Contentment, and Love

with Dr. Rick Hanson

Saturday, May 9th, 2020 | 12:00pm – 3:00pm ET

Due to COVID-19, this program will now be offered online only. Those who already registered for the in-person program will automatically be transferred to this online program. All registrants will be emailed the link to the online program a few days prior to the program.

Join New York Times bestselling author Dr. Rick Hanson as we use the Buddha’s deep analysis
of the mind as a road map for strengthening the neural circuitry of deep calm, well-being,
kindness, and wisdom.

In this online, experiential workshop, Rick will draw from his latest book Neurodharma: New Science, Ancient Wisdom, and Seven Practices of the Highest Happiness. You will learn techniques for liberating the mind and heart, and engaging life with a kind heart and inner peace.

This workshop will have teachings, guided meditations, and Q&A sessions. You will get to
explore the techniques for yourself and have the opportunity to ask Rick questions about your
experience.

Practitioners of all levels are welcome. Bring your mind, your curiosity, and your questions.

Preorder a copy of Neurodharma: New Science, Ancient Wisdom, and Seven Practices of the Highest Happiness here.

Join Rick Hanson on Friday, May 8th, 2020 for an evening online talk on his new book Neurodharma. Click here for more info.
