Online: An Embodied Estuary of Practices

with Jill Satterfield

Thursdays, June 1st – 22nd, 2023 | 6:00pm – 7:30pm ET

Throughout our lives of practice, we naturally ebb and flow with enthusiasm and intentions, sometimes being curious, sometimes falling into a boring routine or avoiding turning towards ourselves at all.

This series is designed to enliven practice and create the conditions for nervous system balance to foster ease of being with, guided embodiment practices for further insight into the consciousness of the body, and open awareness to support being with the inevitable joys and sorrows of our life.

All the practices will be practical, accessible, and meant to be carried throughout the day so that we meet our varied experiences with as much kindness and generosity as possible.
