Finding Peace Through Release: An Online Urban Retreat

“Nothing whatsoever should be clung to as I, me, or mine.” – The Buddha

The Buddha offered this powerful teaching out of compassion. The more we let go, the more freedom we experience. How can this teaching support us in meeting these challenging times of personal, relational and social pain? On this daylong retreat we’ll explore the nature of clinging and how we can train ourselves in letting go. All are welcome.

The day’s practice schedule will be:
First Session: 9:00am-11:00am
Second Session: 1:00pm-3:00pm
Third Session: 5:00pm-6:00pm
with instructions for how to practice between the formal meditation periods.

This program is made possible with major support from the Laura S. Rodgers Fund of the Community Foundation of New Jersey.
