The Buddha encouraged us to live in joy, even in times of affliction. Joy supports freedom in our own heart and mind, and strengthens our capacity to support our communities. This course will explore what Jeanne calls ‘Quiet Joy’, and its central role in awakening. Jeanne looks forward to gathering with you in community – a quiet joy, in itself.

Thursday, October 6 Quiet Joy: Accepting the Invitation

Thursday, October 20 Living in Joy
