Online: Creativity and Meditation

with Lani Miller

Tuesdays, March 5th – 26th, 2024 | 7:00pm – 9:00pm ET

Both meditation and creativity involve opening to and allowing what is already present to emerge.

Over this four-week course, we will have the opportunity to explore and share how we experience and are inspired by the already present and inherent connection between these two ways of experiencing and opening to life.

Through teacher reflections, group sharing, periods of meditation and reflection, and creative processes, we will explore how both meditation and creativity offer us ways to explore, touch, and express what really matters within ourselves, with each other, and with this world. We will consider how we can integrate and share our spiritual awareness and creations in healing and transformative ways for ourselves and others. In this day and age, being spiritually awake and creative is a gift to enjoy and something we can offer a world so in need of hope and inspiration.

Artists, Meditators, Creatives, and Muses are warmly invited to participate in this course. Those who have taken this course previously or something similar, are welcomed to return to continue and build upon their journey.

Please have on hand a notebook and /or journal paper, pens, and (colored) pencils, or markers. Also to consider having access to your creative “medium(s) ” for the weeks of the course, such as watercolors or other art supplies, collage materials, musical instruments you play, etc.
