“You have to call from the inside what we want to liberate” -sadada jackson

We are in the midst of what can be a deeply liberating time- if we choose to go deep into what is ours to liberate. Grief is one way for us to grow down into the soil of our hearts, our own hearts, the hearts of others, and the collective heart so that love can liberate us. When love liberates, grace is abundantly present. We can use our practices and the cycles in nature to support us through the depths of what is dark within and around us.

In our time together, we will consider the role of grief in our life, how grief and grace are related, and use practices and cycles to support us in our grieving and liberation practice. During our time together, we will engage in gentle somatic practices, pranayama practice, and journaling.

No previous movement or meditation experience is required. All levels of practitioners are welcome.
