Exploring Peace in Our Hearts

with Nina Wise

Friday, November 1st, 2019 | 7:00pm to 9:00pm

During these troubled times when we are witnessing so much polarization, fear and hatred in our world, this is a time to come together to experience the peace that lies at the heart of our being. From that place of peace and ease, we can move out into the world as more effective agents of change to benefit of all beings.

This evening will included a guided meditation, a bit of chanting, and a dharma talk.

Nina Wise is leading a daylong “Joyful Awakening Through Creative Self-Expression” retreat at New York Insight on Sunday, November 3rd. Click here for more information and registration.
