Online: Inner Dialogue and Dharma

with Oren Jay Sofer

Friday, February 4th, 2022 | 7:00pm – 8:30pm ET

Skillful communication is as much about how to speak and listen to ourselves as it is about how we speak and listen to others. Dharma practice offers encouragement to develop a wise and kind inner voice, to become an ally, companion and advocate for ourselves in life. Join author and meditation teacher Oren Jay Sofer for an evening of meditation and exploration on how we can transform our inner dialogue. All are welcome, no prior experience necessary.
