Are you stressed by your relationship with eating and/or other habits of consuming (streaming, gaming, shopping, social media). Or perhaps you notice that you turn to food and/or other feeds to manage stress. What do you do when you are tired, bored, or experiencing difficult emotions?

This introductory workshop will provide an overview of Reward-Based Learning and sustainable habit change and a sampling of brief experiential practices.

Join Mindful Habit Change facilitators Laurence Magro and Nancy Logue to follow through with your intention to take better care of yourself.

This seminar will be followed by a 6-week course focused on the key concepts of the evidence-based Habit Change model applied to eating and other consuming behaviors.

This workshop is open to all.
