Online: Introduction to Mindful Habit Change for Unwanted Eating Patterns

Are you stressed by your eating habits and/or struggling with stress eating, Do you find yourself craving food when you are tired, bored or experiencing difficult emotions? Have you resolved to take better care of yourself but find yourself stuck in old behaviors?

So many people find themselves stuck in unhealthy and or uncomfortable relationships with food, weight, or body image! Learn about an evidence-based model of habit change that can help you develop sustainable patterns of self-care for eating and relating to your body.

This introductory workshop will be followed by a 6-week course focused on the key concepts of the evidence-based Habit Change model applied to eating and related behaviors. Each session will include experiential exercises, mindful movement, and expert group and individual support.

Laurence Magro, MS, MBA, LMHC is a psychotherapist, educator and practitioner of mindfulness. She is the founder of Mindful Living NY which offers counseling, training and consulting to individuals, groups and professional organizations in healthcare and education. Laurence has been training with Dr. Brewer since 2016.

Nancy Logue, PhD

Nancy Logue, PhD is an experienced psychotherapist specializing in mindful habit change and emotionally focused couples therapy. She is dedicated to helping people improve their lives by taking better care of themselves and their relationships. Dr. Logue has been training with Dr. Brewer since 2016.
