Online: Meditation and Creativity

with Lani Miller

Three Tuesdays, March 14th – 28th, 2023 | 7:00pm – 9:00pm ET

Over this three-week course, we will explore and share how we experience and are inspired by the already present and inherent connection between meditation practice and creativity. Both involve opening to and allowing what is already present to emerge.

Through teacher reflections, group sharing, periods of meditation and reflection, and creative processes, we will explore how both meditation and creativity offer us ways to explore, touch, and express what really matters within ourselves, each other, and this world.

We will consider how we may integrate and share our spiritual awareness and creations in healing and transformative ways for ourselves and others. In this day and age, being spiritually awake and creative is a gift to enjoy and something we can offer a world so in need of hope and inspiration.

Artists, Meditators, Creatives, and Muses are welcome to participate in this course.

In preparation for our exploration in the course, here are some suggested supplies to have on hand.
A notebook, paper, pens, and (colored) pencils, or markers.
Other possibilities: watercolors or other paints if you like, collage materials ( magazines, cardboard, & glue,) musical instruments you play, etc…
