As a meditation practitioner, it is good to have a consistent meditation practice. By exploring and fostering these “lanterns,” we can be inspired to continue our spiritual development.

Join us for an evening with renowned Zen teacher, Jose Shinzan Palma, exploring what we mean when we say practice. What is our first insight when we start our practice? How is meditation a good habit to cultivate? We begin understanding the journey through practice: seeing the cultivation of patience and perseverance useful when things become difficult in our lives.
