Compassion is the medicine we most need as individuals and as a species to heal suffering and free our spirits.

In this evening talk with Tara Brach and special daylong workshop with Tara Brach and with Jonathan Foust, we will use the acclaimed RAIN (Recognize-Allow-Investigate-Nurture) framework to explore the healing and spiritual freedom that becomes possible as we learn to contact the vulnerability within ourselves and others, and respond with a loving heart.

Our time together on Saturday will include talks, meditations, paired (dyadic) practice and discussion, all held in the safe space of a caring community.
