The busyness of life, the “noise” of the world, the seemingly endless chatter in our own minds - these often obscure the deeper truths from us. In this half day retreat, we will return to the natural world as our teacher, honoring the rhythm and pace of the winter season, and beginning the process of slowing down, moving into deeper states of yin.
