Online: Mahāmudrā – The Direct Path of Meditation On the Nature of Mind

with Scott Tusa

Tuesdays, May 28th – June 18th, 2024 | 7:00pm – 8:30pm ET

“With our own consciousness we can experience the universal, infinity. We can just be in the experience of totality.” -Lama Yeshe

“Mahāmudrā” or the “Great Seal” is the direct path of working with the nature of one’s mind. Passed down through a long line of Indian and Tibetan practitioners, its teachings directly point us towards our deep awakened nature.

In this four-session workshop, with the Mahāmudrā root text known as “The Precious Genden Oral Tradition” as our guide, we will combine experiential learning and meditation to help us experience the essence and fruit of the Buddhist path.
