Online: Deepening Refuge

with Ayya Anandabodhi

Saturday, October 9th, 2021 | 10:00am – 4:00pm ET

The Buddha recognized the calamitous nature of this world and pointed us to a place of refuge that, with practice and sincere investigation, can bring great peace and happiness in our lives.

Coming together as community, exploring the truth-of-the-way-things-are, and bringing awareness to our direct experience, we can rediscover that place of refuge that the Buddha pointed to all those years ago.

As we find greater peace within ourselves, we can become a source of peace and safety for others and find joy, even in challenging times.

The Teaching is timeless. The Refuge is ever-present. Come and see for yourself.

During this daylong, Ayya Anandabodhi will offer guided meditations, Dhamma teaching, a little chanting, and a time of Q & A. There will also be times of silent meditation together. Participants are requested to keep Noble Silence during the day to support a deepening of awareness. This daylong will be suitable for both new and experienced practitioners.
