Online: A Life of Inner Worth

In practicing the dharma, we’re less concerned with our material worth and the “things of the world.” Instead, we seek to develop our inner worth. We might think of our inner worth as our goodness.

In this program, we’ll learn about the qualities, in the teaching of the Buddha, that comprise our inner worth. We’ll learn how we develop these qualities. And we’ll learn about the benefits in doing so.

The three-hour class will include meditation, teaching, and discussion. All are welcome to attend.
