with Kaira Jewel Lingo

Wednesdays, June 15 – July 6th, 2022 | 6:00pm – 7:30pm ET

Learn to meet life’s greatest challenges with wisdom, resilience, and balance.
Life is always full of change: birth, death; losing and starting relationships; switching jobs; turning pages, and beginning new chapters.

In this moment, our society is facing immense uncertainty, collective disruption, and polarization. What once seemed steady and solid is shifting. So many of us are working through grief and personal hardship.

Through this course, Kaira Jewel Lingo will offer a path to help us meet the individual and collective pain of these times — with open hearts, and clear minds. Learn timeless perspectives and attitudes that help us navigate the difficulties and upheaval of the present moment.

Week 1 — This Is It: Coming Home to This Moment Just as It Is
Week 2 — Weathering the Storm: Caring for Our Strong Emotions
Week 3 — Equanimity and Letting Go
Week 4 — Nurturing the Good and Showing Up Fully

What’s included in these teachings?
-Each week of the course offers essential teachings, meditations, and daily life exercises, unfolding a step-by-step process to help us navigate difficult times.
-Each week will present a teaching and related guided meditation, with poetry or song, to nurture deeper freedom and stability in daily life.
-Time-honored Buddhist wisdom about developing ease, trust in life, presence, and self-compassion.

By registering for this course, you’ll receive a 30% discount code on Kaira Jewel’s new book (Paperback & eBook) available now through Parallax Press: “We Were Made for These Times: Ten Lessons in Moving Through Change, Loss and Disruption.”

While the book is not required to join the course, it will act as a companion to the course and offers more teachings than we can cover in the course.
