Looking at these two qualities, we will observe our personal sense of integrity, and our understanding of what is wholesome and unwholesome.

In this supportive environment, we will have the opportunity to experience the benefits of spending extended time in meditation practice by tuning into our own direct moment-to-moment experience. As an important part of this we will explore the balance between relaxing into our practice while still bringing a kind and dedicated effort to it.
