It’s hard to turn around these days without hearing about the benefits of Mindfulness. They range from lowering stress to forging deeper connections with others and enjoying a greater sense of ease and happiness in life through awareness of the present moment. But how can we actually learn how to meditate and maintain a daily practice on our own in a way that is accessible and down to earth?

This 5-week course is designed to provide a clear and practical path for people wanting to experience the profound benefits of mindfulness meditation both on and off the cushion. Ancient techniques and teachings of Buddhist meditation will be made abundantly practical and relevant for modern city dwellers in the 21st century.

Do you want to learn how to cultivate a greater sense of clarity and compassion? Wellness and joy? Purpose and presence? This course will provide an experiential nose-dive into the fundamental practices of meditation that have positively changed lives for thousands of years.

If you are a beginner looking to begin your meditation journey, this course is for you. If you are an advanced practitioner wanting to reconnect to your beginner’s mind and engage your meditation practice in a way that is fresh and alive, this is also for you. Whatever your life situation, this course is for you!
