Peer-led sittings include a guided meditation, a brief Dharma reading and time for peer discussion.

These regularly scheduled mornings begin with a guided meditation, followed by standing or walking meditation. There is a Dharma talk and a question and answer period where attendees can inquire about practice.

These teacher-led sittings provide an opportunity for the Sangha to meet with NYI teachers for meditation, a Dharma talk and dialogue to address practice issues.

This course will provide fundamental instruction in insight meditation. Emphasis will be on the practices of sitting and walking meditation and developing mindfulness in daily life.
