In this evening talk with clinical psychologist and Director of Harvard Medical School’s Certificate Program in Mindfulness & Psychotherapy, Paul Fulton, we will explore how this existential anxiety is described in Buddhist terms, and how neurosis can be understood as an expression of delusion. We will ask how meditation speaks to this primal fear, or if it does at all.
